Along with the Taste of Del Mar and Art Stroll festivities on Saturday, Oct. 3, there will be slight adjustments made for downtown Del Mar traffic and parking.

Starting the evening before the Del Mar Village event on Friday, Oct. 2, street parking on Camino del Mar/Pacific Coast Highway 101 between 15th and 11th streets will be restricted until 8 p.m. Saturday evening.

Travel via car on Camino Del Mar will also be adjusted as the southbound lane will be blocked for event artists' booths. The northbound lane of Camino del Mar will be split for two-way traffic from 11th Street to 15th Street.

Free public event parking and shuttle bus will be available at the Del Mar Shores/Winston School, 215 9th Street throughout the day during the event.

The celebration of art, cuisine, wine and brews is a perfect way to enjoy the fabulous Fall day. Starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, more than 80 local and regional juried artists will display fine art, ceramics, jewelry, and sculpture along Camino del Mar.

The San Diego Library Del Mar Branch, the Rose Art Centre and "Walk A Mile In My Art Shoes" will provide interactive art activities for children to enjoy. Dog owners can also participate with the event's pet stroll and local merchants will host a sidewalk sale throughout downtown.

The popular Taste of Del Mar starts at noon and continues until 4 p.m. offering delicious culinary creations and selections of California wines and ales. Taste tickets are available for $40 and can be purchased online - www.delmarmainstreet.com or from Union Bank, 1435 Camino del Mar and Willis Allen Real Estate, 1424 Camino del Mar.
